Update: Updating one star because Anker customer support is simply amazing. They immediately got in touch with me to address my concerns, and I’m thoroughly impressed. If only other companies had the same approach towards their customers.Does the job as advertised, for its price. Basically, decent pair of buds for workouts. It stays on in the ear, even on my heavy runs on treadmill, and gym lifts. Has a really simple and intuitive app (best part of the buds). But the pros end there. It doesn’t get loud, and this is coming from a guy who owns AirPods Pro 2 and Sennheiser Momentum buds (maybe I’m spoiled). The base gets muddier at higher volumes, and pre-tuned EQ settings are garbage. You do have the luxury to custom tune the EQ to get a decent sound, but the low volume makes it difficult to EQ. The noise cancellation is weird, the transparency is not really transparent, and noise cancellation mode creates what I can describe a subtle hissing noise and gives a weird feeling (like how your ears feel under water). However, the case is small enough to carry around in the pocket without any issues, and USB-C charging is a plus. Need to be careful with case though as it scratches easy. And that about sums it up.
